BURGER DATE: VANESSA CHUNG & EVELYN WONG, INSPIRE RESTAURANT

When I first started the Burger Date section of my blog, I already had a list of people in my mind that I knew I wanted to interview. I frequent so many restaurants and I often wonder how the owners of these places get started. Lucky for me, my good friends at Inspire Restaurant allowed me to sit and chat about how this Markham gem came to be! Lucky for you, you get in on the scoop, as well! Let me take you into the minds of Vanessa Chung and Evelyn Wong of Inspire Restaurant.

  PART 1: BURGER DATE WITH
VANESSA CHUNG & EVELYN WONG

PART 2: 10 QUESTIONS

If you haven't already read my previous post on Inspire, then I would suggest heading there right after. This place maxes out at dinner each night, and have just recently opened their doors for lunch, as well. I know a few friends who come here specifically for the burgers.
But besides the obvious, their other menu items are top shelf, also. With exciting fusion dishes such as udon carbonara, chicken & waffles, pulled pork frites and duck tacos, it's needless to say that your dining experience will be anything but ordinary. And to the weekend warriors: their brunch here is to die for. Their drool-worthy menu can be found here.

Special thanks to my great friend, Matthew Chung for putting this all together for me! FUN FACT: We went to high school together and I've seen him grow exponentially as a videographer. Check out his stuff - it won't disappoint!

I'm pretty sure most of my fellow Markhamites have already been here, but to my friends in Toronto - this food trek MUST be made. Thank me later.

'Til the next Burger Date,
