Last week, I had the pleasure of interviewing Chris Simpson from Rudy for another installment of Burger Date! Thanks to my friends, Mark and Joe, we were able to crank out not one, but TWO videos to capture this moment. If you haven't already heard of Rudy or tried their burgers, what are you even doing with your life?! This College St restaurant has only been around for a year, but something tells me they're in it for the long haul. I'm just going to put it out there... I think Rudy has pretty much perfected the hamburger itself. Their burgers are simple, fresh, tasty and are exactly what you need to fulfill any burger craving. As Ryan mentioned in his testimonial, I, too, am a fan of simple burgers... and the Rude Dude burger is just that, and then some! With only four toppings to bring this burger to life (processed cheese, fresh lettuce, tomato slices, and their signature Rudy sauce), it's needless to say that their formula for success is pretty straightforward: fresh and quality ingredients. Like why add 101 toppings to your burger if you can't even taste the most essential components of it at the end of it all? Those being the bun and patty, of course!

I went to Rudy to get to know a little more about the geniuses behind this burger spot, and I ended up leaving with a new go-to burger spot! Thanks again to the good people of Rudy for allowing us to take over your space for a few hours, and for providing us with some grub at the end of a long day. For their amazing story, excellent service and delicious burgers, Rudy is a solid 5 stilettos in my books!
